Hailing from a small and humble farm in Salem, Oregon, Jerusha comes from a musical family and learned guitar and drums at an early age. Her guitar-playing, song-writing father, Lee,  encouraged Jerusha’s musical interests, resulting in a duo album recorded in 2006: JERUSHA-LEE; 30 YEARS IN THE MAKIN’, featuring original material written by Jerusha and her Dad. Her first solo release, MECHANIC’S DAUGHTER, features an eclectic blend of music and songwriters including Attitude (Wynnona Judd), Strolling On The Water (Bryan Duncan), Come To Jesus (Mindy Smith), Along The Road, (Dan Fogelberg),  You Move Me (Susan Ashton), plus originals, Send Me and Booze Talkin’. Recorded in Los Angeles with an all-star line-up of musicians and produced by Grammy-Nominated bassist/arranger Kevin Axt, Mechanic’s Daughter centers on Jerusha Lee’s warm, heartfelt, soulful vocal stylings, reflecting her deep commitment and faith.

“I hope this album inspires y’all to have a little faith, be a dream chaser, take a chance and walk on water, send yourself to someone in need, and remember that some things might just be a blessing in disguise. When people mouth off, forgive; it might just be the booze talkin’! And always remember to come to Jesus. He can part the waters when they get too deep. ENJOY!”  Jerusha Lee
